We are specialists who support people to live in their own homes no matter how complex their health condition or support needs. We provide an expert service to help you set up and manage the support required by you or your loved one as quickly and easily as possible, with a Customer Helpdesk to answer your questions and deal with problems.

We have a wide range of services which we personalise to each customer’s needs:

  • Costed care and support planning built around your unique needs and wishes
  • Practical support to help you recruit, pay, train and manage your staff
  • Management of care funds, with or for you, through our secure eWallet platform

MSB eWallet

FCA regulated account, enabling easy online payments. You can make payments yourself or MSM can do it for you.

MSB Helpdesk

MSM’s Helpdesk handles all of your customer queries relating to day-to-day running of support and care services.

Our highly qualified team has a deep understanding of financial management and, uniquely, of you and your family’s care and support needs - from birth through adult life, older age and palliative care. Each team member is trained at our own registered MySupportCollege (OCN No.58977) regulated by the Department for Education.

Customer Service Packages

From £75 per month

  1. Helpdesk Support (Monday-Friday 9-5 and emergency Out of Hours Advice line)
  2. Guidance and Information as required.
    • liaison and problem solving with all interested parties in State or Personal funding of your CAre services, Clinicians, your staff/carers; family members or legal representatives etc as required, ad hoc duties
  3. Payroll Services
    • Employee set up and advice PAYE; Monthly Payroll, including Timesheet processing, HMRC returns and payments
  4. Payment Services - Monthly Payment of all invoices, staff salaries etc, insurance premiums
  5. Liability and Employment Insurance information, arrangement and set-up
  6. A full set of Employment Support Services from recruitment to performance management etc should you need them.
